Public Storage is hiring now for Property Managers to work across multiple locations, independently evaluating customer storage needs and selling packing supplies. You will conduct daily inspections to confirm unit availability and help renters with deposits and payments.

We offer flexible, full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm), mileage reimbursement, and performance-based bonuses. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsabilités

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
