Trinity Property Consultants in Atlanta seeks a Property Manager to run a property like a small business, driving NOI and occupancy, improving renewals, and leading an on-site team to deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will manage budgeting, reporting, pricing strategies, compliance, and vendor partnerships while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

The role offers a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM/CAM/RMP designations are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own property financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
• Inspect property and vacant units to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors for quality service.
• Foster resident community and support renewals.
• Hire, train, and lead on-site team.
• Coach and develop team; establish accountability culture.
