Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager for flexible, full‑time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm (weekends to 5pm), working across multiple locations. The role involves assessing customer storage needs, upselling packing supplies, and ensuring spaces are ready to rent.

Daily tasks include inspections, cash handling, and helping customers with payments and reminders. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Inspect storage units daily to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and send reminders for overdue accounts.
• Handle on-site activities across multiple locations and maintain property appearance.
