West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager for the Ferndale location. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing day-to-day operations, pricing, and leasing of storage units.

Responsibilities include maintaining property standards, coordinating vendor work, and driving revenue through effective sales and marketing efforts. The position requires weekend availability and offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet objectives.
• Weekend and some holiday availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards (e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs).
• Manage vendors and capital expenditure projects.
• Drive auction process.
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
