Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a full-time Property Manager for our Greenfield location. You will oversee daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, and drive leasing activity in a busy self-storage facility.

The role emphasizes budget responsibility, pricing management, vendor coordination, and maintaining property standards. Weekend work is required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Ability to self-manage while working independently to achieve team objectives.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required).
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone and web inquiries).
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to West Coast’s Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs.
• Manage Vendors and Cap Ex projects.
• Drive auction process.
• Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process.
• Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
