Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-family community in Thornton, Colorado. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and drive leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will analyze financial statements, set rents, collect fees, review invoices, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering excellent resident service. Proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and manage the team.
• Develop and monitor budgets and review financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and manage lease enforcement.
