Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks an experienced Apartment Property Manager for Ridgeport Apartments in Wichita, KS. This full-time, on-site role oversees operations, leasing, and team coordination to meet budget and occupancy goals.

You will earn $50,000–$53,000 per year with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401k match, paid holidays, and PTO. The position offers potential for raises via annual reviews and referrals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in multi-family housing.
• Excellent computer skills; able to navigate Yardi.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines.
• Strong analytical reporting, critical thinking, problem solving.
• Ability to meet deadlines and pass background/credit checks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Operates the property within the financial guidelines (The Budget).
• Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow NOI.
• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners guidelines.
• Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect.
• Directs activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all.
• Process all invoices generated by the property and ensure they are paid in a timely manner.
• Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other income; maintain resident relations.
• Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible.

Pay: Salary from $50,000-$53,000 per year based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 - 5PM, Alternating Saturdays from 10 AM - 3PM

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners guidelines
• Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect
• Directs activities of all on-site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all
• Process all invoices generated by the property and insure they are paid in a timely manner
• Post, collect, track and manage delinquency of rental and other incomeResponsible for building and maintaining a community of residents through resident relations
• Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience or equivalent in multi-family housing
• Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate Yardi software
• General knowledge of local, state and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines
• Strong analytical reporting, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skill's
• Ability to work well under the pressure of meeting tight deadlines in a timely manner
• Must be able to pass a background check and credit investigation
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
• This position requires a credit evaluation, valid Drivers License, background check and drug screen to be considered for hire.
