Job summary

Qualifications

• LIHTC or Section 8 affordable housing experience (2+ years)
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing; income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy.
• Drive cost effectiveness and manage property budgets.
• Oversee property staff including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to.
• Handle resident inquiries, work orders, and move-in processes.
• Supervise external vendors and conduct unit inspections.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and attend trainings.
