Maloney Properties, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee 6 communities with over 400 units and commercial space in Woonsocket, RI. The role includes leasing, resident relations, waitlist management, and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate has property management experience, LIHTC and Section 8 familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. COS/CPO/C3P designations are a plus; MS Office and Yardi knowledge are beneficial. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Property management experience is required.
• LIHTC and Section 8 program experience is required.
• COS, CPO, and/or C3P designation is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• MS Office experience is required.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leasing, resident relations, and waitlist management.
• Legal management, annual recertifications, and rent collections.
• Inspections, compliance, processing invoices, and vendor management.
• Staff supervision and development for six communities.
