Qualifications

• Experience in property management for affordable programs.
• Knowledge of HUD/Section 8/Tax Credit regulations and compliance.
• Ability to manage rent collection, occupancy, and eligibility.
• Pass REAC and MOR inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent monthly and manage delinquencies.
• Maintain occupancy and manage waiting lists.
• Certify applicants for program eligibility and recertification.
• Handle tenant complaints and emergencies promptly.
• Process work orders and ensure timely maintenance.
