Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of related property management experience.
• Excellent time management and communication skills are necessary.
• Valid Class D driver’s license.
• Spanish speaking is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect 100% of the rent every month and manage delinquencies.
• Maintain occupancy and process waiting lists.
• Conduct initial lease processes with certifications and annual recertifications.
• Ensure HUD/Section 8 and Tax Credit compliance at all times.
• Handle tenant complaints and coordinate work orders promptly.
• Perform annual unit inspections and assist with public-facing customer service.
