This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintenance, customer service, and ensuring clean, well-maintained properties that maximize tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing over 300 apartments.
• Must have a good leasing background and collections background.
• Good communication skills; responsible and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team that handles customer service, delinquencies, outreach and tours.
• Manage open houses and property showings.
• Handle complaints and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure the property is clean and well-maintained.
