The role emphasizes customer service, timely responses, and a strong focus on community standards. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in property management with a solid leasing and collections background, plus excellent communication and a proactive approach.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing over 300 apartments.
• Must have a good leasing background and collections background.
• Good communication skills, responsible and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team handling customer service.
• Manage delinquencies.
• Conduct outreach and tours.
• Manage open houses.
• Handle complaints and maintenance.
• Ensure the property is clean.
