Job summary

AWI Management Corp. in Placentia, CA is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a 55-unit apartment community. You will manage day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and property standards to deliver quality housing.

Experience with affordable housing programs (RD, HUD, LIHTC) is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and financial accuracy are essential for success in this role.

• Conducting move-ins and move-outs
• Collecting rent and security deposits
• Enforcing lease agreements and community policies
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met
• Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation
• Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents
• Responding appropriately to emergency situations
• Following company policies and procedures
