Job summary

AWI Management Corp. is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee two apartment communities in Bisbee, AZ. The role requires living on-site to ensure day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction are maintained to AWI's high standards.

You will manage leasing, move-ins/outs, rent collection, and property maintenance while building strong resident relationships and ensuring compliance with applicable housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant certifications and re-certifications.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs.
• Collect rent and security deposits.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards are met.
• Maintain strong curb appeal and property presentation.
• Market and advertise vacant units to attract qualified residents.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Experience inaffordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTCis strongly preferred.

WhatYou'llDo

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWI'shigh standards.
