Job summary

Morningstar Properties is seeking a Property Manager for on-site leadership of our Storage Property operations in Tampa, FL. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction by executing pricing, marketing, and daily operations with a small local team.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage vendor relations, control expenses to budget, and uphold Morningstar standards of safety and curb appeal in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience required (property management, retail, hospitality)
• Ability to lead independently while collaborating with district and corporate partners
• Proficient in computer software and systems used daily (MS Office, property mgmt platforms)
