Justus Property Management in Indiana is seeking a Property Manager to ensure the efficient operation of a residential property under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
Key duties include rent collection, occupancy maintenance, supervision of maintenance staff, and leasing activities, with emphasis on resident satisfaction and adherence to policies and budgets.

Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager.

Directly supervise one or more employees. Supervisory responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with the organizations' policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to inspect property and surrounding neighborhood, make trips to the bank, and also visit the Corporate Office.
Ability to solve problems with no direction. Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
