SEVEN.ME is seeking a Community Manager for a multifamily property in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will manage property operations, enforce laws, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong accounting experience and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing staff, conducting resident screenings, and addressing complaints. The position requires a valid driver’s license and may involve light physical demands.
The manager is responsible for property operations including performing and/or oversight of property accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance functions. The manager may or may not perform all of the essential functions depending on the size of the property and the level of staffing. The manager reports to a Senior Regional/Regional Property Manager.

High school education or equivalent preferred. Accounting experience required.
Valid driver’s license with current vehicle insurance. Industry certifications preferred.
Basic working knowledge of multifamily property management including, but not limited to, Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collections, eviction procedures, accounting principles and the use of accounting software, and property safety, preferred.
Must have assertive collection skills and superior customer service and employee management skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and management and personnel. Must be detail-oriented and able to focus with occasional interruption.
