Justus Property Management is seeking a motivated individual to handle maintenance, cleaning, and painting at our properties. You will provide excellent customer service while presenting the company professionally at all times.
Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, cleaning, painting, landscaping, snow removal, and supervising contractors. You will also maintain records and respond to after-hour emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.

Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
Occasional need (1% to 33% of the time) to utilize personal transportation to inspect property and make trips to local supply stores.
Ability to solve problems with no direction. Ability to interpret complex instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form.
