Job summary

Cory Executive Recruiting is seeking a Property Manager for a Class A luxury lease-up in Santa Monica, CA. You will oversee daily operations through lease-up, stabilization, and a top-tier service culture, coordinating with leasing, maintenance, and concierge teams.

You will lead budgeting, asset reporting, and variance analysis for Asset Management, while partnering on pricing strategy, markets, and velocity. Excellent leadership and compliance with housing regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong lease-up experience with Class A luxury properties.
• Experience creating, managing, and presenting budgets and financial reports to Asset Management.
• Proven success leading leasing, maintenance, and concierge teams.
• Owner-operator background strongly preferred; third-party candidates considered.
• Strong financial acumen, market knowledge, and a service-first leadership style.
