The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan, responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned residential and commercial properties. This role oversees building operations, tenant and resident relations, vendor coordination, and routine and preventive maintenance to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained. The Property Manager monitors budgets, prepares financial and occupancy reports, and ensures timely collection of fees and rents while adhering to relevant Puerto Rico housing and condominium laws. Daily tasks include conducting property inspections, addressing service requests, coordinating repairs and capital projects, and resolving resident or tenant concerns in a professional and timely manner. The Property Manager collaborates closely with owners, boards, and community stakeholders to support long-term asset performance and a positive living environment.
