Proresidential in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a Property Manager to oversee our residential portfolio. You will lead tenant relations, ensure high-quality service, and manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of residential property management for 150+ units, strong leadership, and is bilingual in Spanish. Proresidential offers monthly bonuses and an on-site rental concession after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of property management experience in residential properties, for 150+ units.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills, with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Appfolio Software is preferred.
• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.
