Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property management (multifamily or manufactured home preferred), strong leadership, and advanced MS Office/financial systems skills. A driver's license is required with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi‑family or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and financial systems skills.
• Marketing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of operating complexities and daily tasks.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff, community buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure that the property is clean and attractive in order to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service that contributes to the positive living experience of our residents.

Community Manager

What You’ll Do

The Community Manager maintains property operations, attracts and serves residents and ensure we meet our financial goals.

Your Job Will Include

• Maintain the resources and assets of the property, including staff, community buildings, roads and amenities.

Experience & Skills You Need
