Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in RV or manufactured home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of this position’s complexities.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with exceptional service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.

Resort Manager

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure an excellent experience.
• Manage the resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.

Your skills and experience include:

• Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

Salary: $60,000 - $64,000 The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
