Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field is required.
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification is preferred.
  • 2+ years of property management experience is expected.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in property management software is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously is necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical.
  • Knowledge of local property regulations and laws is important.
