Job summary

THE AVGI ORGANIZATION is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee assigned commercial and/or residential properties. You will aim to maintain high occupancy, maximize profitability, and ensure owner and tenant satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will advertise vacancies, show properties, qualify tenants, process payments, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial and/or residential properties.
• Strong understanding of leasing practices and real estate law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of local market and housing trends.
• Familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties and show them to prospective tenants.
• Qualify tenants with background checks and references.
• Schedule and conduct open houses; negotiate leasing terms.
• Process rental payments and issue receipts.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property compliance.
• Maintain occupancy and profitability targets.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and provide administrative support.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. Responsibilities

• Advertise vacant properties
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Hold open houses
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Respond to tenant inquiries
• Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management
• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Property Management or Real Estate License preferred
• Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices

• Experience with property management software preferred
