Job summary

The Caleb Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee Newport Village, Rush Square Apartments and Antrim Village in New Hampshire. You will manage day-to-day operations for 130 units of affordable housing serving families, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

You will lead leasing, marketing, rent collection, maintenance supervision, and resident relations across multiple sites. A COS certification and Yardi experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience.
• Section 8 experience preferred.
• COS certification required.
• Yardi experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and marketing; waitlist management.
• Screening and recertifying tenants.
• Rent collections and evictions.
• Turnovers and move-out procedures.
• Routine maintenance coordination and supervising maintenance staff.
• Communicate with residents and resolve complaints and issues.
• Handling emergencies as needed.
• Budget preparation and financial reporting (payables/receivables).
• Conduct inspections and ensure property standards.

Job description

The Caleb Group is looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Newport, Henniker and Antrim, NH. This position will be directly responsible for the day to day operations of Newport Village, Rush Square Apartments and Antrim Village, which together comprise of 130 units of affordable housing serving families, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leasing,
• Marketing and waitlist management,
• Screening and recertifying tenants,
• Rent collections,
• Evictions,
• Turnovers and move-out procedures
• Routine maintenance,
• Supervising maintenance staff,
• Communication with residents and resolution of complaints and issues,
• Handling emergency situations as needed,
• Budget preparation,
• Processing payables and receivables, and
• Inspections.

Requirements:

• College education or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of multi-site multifamily property management experience.
• Section 8 and Yardi experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• COS certification.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven, professional leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to select and hire direct reports.
• Ability to make well-reasoned decisions, and to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow-through to meet resident, agency, and organizational needs.
