Phipps Houses seeks a proactive Property Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our Bronx affordable housing portfolio. The portfolio includes 1400 units across 10 properties, with LIHTC and HUD components.
A minimum of 3 years supervising a portfolio of affordable assets is required. You will oversee a team, ensure financial and operational objectives are met, and collaborate with the Facilities Director and city agencies to maintain compliance.

The Organization is looking for a bright, energetic Manager to lead in the day-to-day management of our affordable housing portfolio in the Bronx. This portfolio is a mix of LIHTC and HUD properties. There are 1400 units in 10 properties. Applicant MUST have experience supervising a portfolio of affordable housing assets (3 years or more) along with managing a team ofdirect reports.

Salary Range $75,000 - $80,000, based on education, training and experience.
