CBRE is seeking a Property Manager to supervise a team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a portfolio of industrial properties in New Brunswick, NJ. The role is onsite and requires leadership in managing staff, budgets, and tenant relations.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in commercial real estate with 3-5 years of relevant experience and an active NJ real estate license. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Manager is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary is $105,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
