Qualifications

• Handle inbound leads, schedule and conduct unit tours, and convert prospects into residents
• Screen applicants, process applications, and execute leases
• Post rent charges and manage collections, delinquency follow-ups, and notices
• Oversee Section 8 / HCV compliance: recertifications, inspections, RFTAs, and HAP contracts with Miami-Dade PHCD
• Manage resident relations, maintenance coordination, and lease enforcement
