We are recruiting for a national apartment complex management company that has an immediate opening at a luxury complex for a Property Manager with experience managing apartment complexes, preferably with over 200 units. This a terrific company with a great benefits plan AND 401k, and is growing so great career potential!

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the apartment community while overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. This individual will aid in organizing the property's financial information, using this information to make projections, and find areas of improvement for the property. Some key responsibilities include marketing and outreach, supervision of property staff, and providing services to residents. The property manager reports directly to the regional manager. This job is perfect for a team player motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out.

  • My ideal candidate will have experience with a lease-up, preferably overseeing at least 200+ units.
  • High-rise experience is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Weekends are required, at least one Saturday a month; if working Saturday, a day off during the week is provided.
  • Must be able to lead a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing and upholding community policies.
  • Maintaining and reviewing financial goals and reports.
  • Achieving occupancy goals.
  • Building and developing leasing and maintenance teams.
  • Planning office schedules and assigning tasks.
  • Maintaining property operations and physical assets.
  • Conducting tours and answering questions from prospective residents.
  • Resolving resident concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Creating and maintaining leasing and marketing plans.
  • Conducting marketing outreach within the community.
  • Leading maintenance teams and collaborating with supervisors.
  • Overseeing large-scale capital projects.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of Property Manager experience (required)
  • Lease-up experience (highly preferred)
  • Effective communication skills with staff and supervisors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Entrata or similar programs is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Team-oriented and able to resolve conflicts
  • Experience with budgeting
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug test
  • Valid driver’s license with auto insurance
  • Availability to work weekends; rotating Saturday schedule with weekday off
