Job summary

8 PM, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a sharp Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties. You will communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors, process applications and rent collection, and coordinate maintenance.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience with AppFolio and Google Drive is a plus; full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• 1+ year of property management experience (preferred).
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Experience with AppFolio and Google Drive is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation + smart phone.
• Full-time M-F schedule.
