The AVGI Organization in Jacksonville, AR is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to oversee residential properties, maximize occupancy and profitability, and ensure owner and tenant satisfaction. You will manage all aspects of assigned properties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include advertising, showing, qualifying tenants, handling payments, responding to inquiries, negotiating leases, and coordinating maintenance while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in property management.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Deep understanding of real estate laws and leasing practices.
• Up-to-date on the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Hold open houses.
