Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Resort Manager for the La Conner RV Campground in Washington. You will deliver exceptional service to guests, oversee assets and facilities, and lead staff to hit financial targets for a 111-acre RV resort with waterfront access.

The role emphasizes operations, marketing collaboration, budgeting, and profitability improvement, with a comprehensive benefits package included. Prior RV or manufactured home community experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

With 111 acres of camping space and a half-mile of saltwater beachfront, this RV campground in Washington, offers an ideal location for exploring the Pacific Northwest. Shopping, dining, and historical buildings are accessible in La Conner to the east while the San Juan Islands are just a ferry ride away to the west.

Resort Manager

What you’ll do:

Hourly: $34.04 - $34.04
