Job summary

DEL Properties, LLC is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio that includes 140 apartment units. The role focuses on resident satisfaction, leasing activity, and efficient on-site operations.

You will supervise a housekeeper and a maintenance technician, coordinate vendors, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations while maintaining high standards across all communities.

Qualifications

• Prior property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and property management software.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property appearance and ensure common areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Supervise and manage on-site staff, including a housekeeper and a maintenance technician, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
