You will lead a team handling customer service, delinquencies, outreach, tours, open houses, and maintenance coordination, ensuring properties stay clean and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property management with leasing and collections experience, strong communication, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have leasing background and collections background.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and responsible approach to managing 800 units across multiple buildings.
