MDS Staffing in Indianapolis seeks an experienced property manager to lead a team responsible for daily operations of a 800-unit portfolio across 70 buildings. You will oversee customer service, delinquencies, tours, open houses, and maintenance coordination to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of property management experience, a strong leasing background, and solid communication skills.

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Experience managing a large portfolio (800 units across 70 buildings).
• Strong leasing background and collections experience.
• Excellent communication and reliability.
• Proactive problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team that handles customer service and operations.
• Manage delinquencies and collections processes.
