The role requires 2+ years in property management, a leasing and collections background, strong communication, and a proactive approach. You will oversee delinquencies, tours, open houses, and maintenance, ensuring units stay clean and well maintained.

• Experience managing over 300 apartments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have a leasing background and collections experience.
