Job summary

ZRS Management LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities, ensuring efficient, profitable performance while delivering exceptional resident service. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations; develop marketing strategies, set competitive rents, hire and train staff, and drive renewal and retention.

• High school diploma required; business or property management-focused education preferred.
• Experience as Property Manager in multifamily preferred.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills; adept with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and maintain occupancy.
• Hire, train and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, and make-ready.
• Manage lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Perform regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance; respond to residents professionally.

Job Description:As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our residents while maximizing the property's revenue potential.
