Job summary

Houston Apartment Foundation is seeking an experienced bilingual Property Manager to oversee Cedar Gate Apartments, a 52-unit community in Houston's Spring Branch area. The role requires leadership across leasing, collections, resident concerns, and maintenance coordination, aiming to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

The manager will supervise onsite staff, ensure lease compliance, handle rent collection, and provide timely financial reporting while upholding Fair Housing

Qualifications

• At least three years of multifamily Property Manager experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong working knowledge of leasing, collections, renewals, and property financials.
• Experience with AppFolio preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• The ability to lead a team, handle difficult conversations, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and a commitment to consistent, professional resident service.

Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced, bilingual Property Manager to lead daily operations at Cedar Gate Apartments, a 52-unit community in Houston's Spring Branch area.

We're looking for someone who knows their property, follows through, and takes pride in creating a community residents want to call home. You should be comfortable moving between leasing, collections, resident concerns, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting-and understand how each affects the property's performance.

What You'll Do
