We are looking for motivated, licensed agents to help us continue to supercharge growth, and achieve our goal of becoming the best residential property management company in the nation!

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of approximately 200 single-family homes. Your responsibilities will include the full spectrum of property management tasks, from Tenant & Owner relations to maintenance oversight, and financial management. You will lead a dedicated team of three, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 single-family homes
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and address any issues promptly
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upkeep of properties
• Manage financial aspects, including rent collection, delinquency, and understanding of Owner Statements
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
• Liaise with owners and investors, providing regular updates and reports on property performance

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of the Texas real estate market and property management laws

Preferred:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Experience in property management, with a proven track record of success
• Proficiency in property management software and Google Suite
