Job summary

Madison Apartment Group is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee all on-site operations and financials of our residential property. You will lead the on-site team, ensure strong resident relations, and drive marketing and maintenance programs to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires at least 2 years of property management experience, supervisory skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Supervisory experience in budget processing and employee management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Real Estate license preferred.

Responsibilities

Position: Property Manager
