Ares Management in Dallas is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an industrial real estate portfolio. The role focuses on maximizing performance through efficient operations, high tenant satisfaction, and alignment with financial goals.

The Property Manager reports to the Senior Property Manager and is responsible for managing an assigned industrial real estate portfolio. The Property Manager's objective is to directly manage a property portfolio and to maximize property performance through efficient operational strategies, to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction, and to meet the overall financial goals of the company.
Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
Work performed in a general office environment. May require extended hours during peak periods.
Availability for travel up to 50% of the time to property and construction sites for on-site project monitoring and meeting attendance.
Exposure to adverse weather conditions, loud noise, and dust conditions at construction sites.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$90,000 - $100,000
