The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury property management, expertise in budgeting/NOI, and strong leadership. Familiarity with Yardi and real estate regulations is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in luxury multifamily housing.
• Proven success in managing large properties or portfolios.
• Strong budgeting and NOI management skills.
• Experience with Yardi or similar PM software.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• CAPS, CAM, or CPM certifications preferred but not required.
• Deep knowledge of Fair Housing and real estate laws.
• Ability to collaborate within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing property budgets, financial reporting, and achieving occupancy targets.
• Leading, mentoring, and supervising on-site teams to meet company standards and goals.
