Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Property Manager to oversee contractors, projects and vendors servicing a designated property, ensuring reliable operation of electrical, mechanical and life-safety systems.

You will negotiate contracts, support energy conservation programs, and drive site efficiencies while maintaining a safe, compliant environment for occupants.

• Experience in facilities or property operations.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors.

The Property Manager is responsible to manage contractors, projects and vendors servicing The Specified Property, including overseeing the functioning of all building systems such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire/life safety, elevators, landscaping/snow removal, building security, and janitorial, developing energy conservation programs, site efficiencies, and negotiating contracts.
