We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including but not limited to:

  • Rent collection and accounting
  • Lease administration and renewal
  • Maintenance and repairs coordination
  • Resident relations and customer service
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests
  • Prepare and present regular property reports to management, including financial and operational metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as necessary
Requirements
