Ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, building lasting customer relationships, and creating exceptional experiences through a hospitality-driven approach. Working closely with the General Manager, property management and maintenance teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, the Property Manager will oversee building operations, financial reporting, capital projects, customer engagement, and property-wide initiatives. Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
  • Lead the property management support and maintenance teams in delivering an exceptional customer-focused experience throughout the property, while maintaining strong customer relationships through hospitality and traditional operations management.
  • Understand customer business needs and utilize the company's platform to address real- estate challenges, review lease proposals, facilitate space tours for prospective customers, and coordinate unique event programming to foster a community atmosphere.
  • Support the General Manager in increasing overall amenity engagement, lead cross-functional teams to ensure corporate objectives, policies, and standards are achieved, and mentor direct reports by identifying growth potential and establishing career development goals.
  • Prepare the annual operating budget and capital plan, present financial plans to internal stakeholders and partners, and oversee financial reporting, including profit and loss variances, quarterly reforecasting, and investor reports.
  • Oversee third-party maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and coordinate the delivery of pre-built and landlord-built customer spaces.
  • Manage base building capital improvements and major repair and maintenance projects, including monitoring and managing project finances, and support the property management team with ongoing projects and communications.
  • Maintain high standards of building operations and customer service by coordinating property needs, collaborating across teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and prospective tenants.
Qualifications of the Property Manager:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a concentration in hospitality or real estate.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a multi-layered team, with the ability to mentor employees, recognize growth potential, and establish objectives for career advancement.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage building operations, capital projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build customer relationships, understand business needs, and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and hospitality-minded approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to travel between floors and buildings to communicate effectively with teams and customers.
