Value REM – Full-Time Property Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Property Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of single-family rentals (SFRs). The ideal candidate will bring at least 4 years of relevant experience and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10: 3 remote office staff and 7 maintenance/construction personnel.
• Oversee 180+ single-family rental properties primarily located in South NJ (80%), with additional properties in Central NJ (10%) and Dallas, TX (10%).
• Market and manage showings for vacant properties; screen and review rental applications.
• Handle tenant concerns and coordinate solutions with office and maintenance teams.
• Lead delinquency management efforts, including filing and managing evictions.
• Conduct property inspections and proactively address deferred maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with township regulations and HOA requirements.
• Utilize tools such as AppFolio (property management software) and Asana (project/team management); prior experience is a plus.
• Comfort with learning and using new technology is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

Base Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience).

Bonus Potential: Performance-based bonuses can match or exceed base salary, offering total compensation of $100,000+ annually for high performers.
