Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing budgets to ensure financial performance.
• Handling record keeping and reporting.
• Managing rent collections, postings, deposits, and revenue.
• Handling late notices and evictions, maintaining a collection rate of 95%.
• Monitoring cost control procedures.
• Overseeing maintenance, customer service, and resident relations.
• Managing vendor relations and staff hiring/training.
• Overseeing leasing processes and marketing outreach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years property management experience, including financial, operational, sales, marketing, and staff supervision, specifically in multi-family residential properties.
• Excellent customer service skills.
