Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential property management experience.
• Proven experience leading onsite teams.
• Strong understanding leasing, resident relations, maintenance operations, and property financials.
• Experience managing budgets, financial statements, and operating expenses.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day property operations, ensuring the community is well maintained, financially successful, and resident-focused.
• Hire, coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing onsite team.
• Drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, resident retention, and overall revenue performance.
• Develop and manage the property\'s annual operating budget and monitor financial performance.
• Review financial statements, operating expenses, rent collections, and variances.
• Partner with maintenance and service teams to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
• Build strong relationships with residents and proactively address concerns and opportunities.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and property services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities to improve the resident experience and property performance.
• Work closely with regional leadership and corporate teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze property performance and implement solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and resident satisfaction.

What We\'re Looking For

• Proven experience leading and developing onsite teams.
• Strong understanding of leasing, resident relations, maintenance operations, and property financials.
• Experience managing budgets, financial statements, and operating expenses.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus.
• Bachelor\'s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
